蒋立希

蒋立希,男,生于1964年9月,现任浙江大学农业与生物技术学院教授、博士生导师,1986年毕业于浙江农业大学农学系遗传育种专业并获得学士,1996-2001年赴哥廷根大学留学,先后于1998年、2001年获得硕士、博士学位,2001-2005年先后在新加坡国立大学农业分子生物研究院(IMA)、分子与细胞生物研究院(IMCB)任博士后、研究员等职。2005年后加盟浙江大学农业与生物技术学院。

主要成就

主要从事植物分子生理与作物种质创新方面的研究。先后克隆了控制拟南芥花粉管在雌体生殖通道中伸长的VGD1基因、控制雌配子体发育的KD96基因等,并作为主要贡献人之一参与了调控花药绒毡层细胞分化的TPD1基因的克隆等。其中VGD1是国际上第一个在植物中认定的控制花粉管在雌体生殖通道中泳动的主效基因;该基因的克隆第一次揭示了果胶甲酯酶与花粉管伸长、发育之间的关系,从而明确了花粉管在雌体生殖通道中延长的分子机制,有关论文在Plant Cell杂志上发表并获专栏突出介绍。在种质创新领域的贡献包括甘蓝型油菜、白菜、甘蓝等芸薹属作物裂荚基因的克隆与操纵,在芸苔属植物中克隆了裂荚控制基因并创造了油菜抗裂荚新种质。其它贡献包括无花瓣油菜遗传规律、产量生理与避病机制等的研究;有关系列论文已在国际刊物上发表,种质材料被多家国际育种公司引用。

研究成果

作物种质资源的收集、保存、评价与利用

这项工作始于国家“七五”,完成于国家“八五”时期,笔者作为浙江省子项目实际负责人完成了浙江省500多份油菜、花生、芝麻三种油料作物地方品种资源的收集、评估和繁种入库工作。1989-1990年,对其中约150份油菜(包括甘蓝型、油菜型与芥菜型)地方品种的40多个形态指标、8个品质指标进行了系统鉴定,并在此基础上应用模糊数学的原理与方法进行聚类分析(蒋立希等,1991,中国油料第一期),对浙江省油菜地方品种的分布与可能的起源进行了阐述。1993-1995年,获得青年科学研究扶持基金资助,对浙江省甘蓝型油菜地方资源进行了核盘菌、病毒病(芜青花叶病毒TuMV、大麦黄花叶病毒CuMV、黄瓜花叶病毒)系统鉴定(蒋立希等,1995,浙江农业科学学报第二期)。在1994年6月北京市中国农业出版社出版的《中国油菜品种资源目录》一书中,笔者是浙江省部分的主要撰写人。

品种资源评估与保存,特别是特异资源的发掘与利用,是育种目标能否实现的基础与关键。浙江省部分的工作是“我国油料作物品种资源的收集、保存、评价与利用”,以及“全国农作物品种资源的收集、保存、评价与利用”全国性 大课题的组成部分,这项基础工作,丰富了我国国家品种资源库,分别获得1994年“农业部科技进步二等奖”与2004年“国家科技进步一等奖”。该项成果的获奖者是集体,作为地方上主要参加人获得奖励证书。

浙优油系列油菜新品种的选育

“浙优油1号”、“浙优油2号”品种在1986-1995年期间由浙江省农科院育成。我是这两个新品种选育的参加人。育成的“浙优油1号”、“浙优油2号”分别是长江下游地区第一批“低硫、高油分”、“低硫甙、低芥酸”品种,曾经是华东地区重要的冬油菜品种,目前仍然在生产上占有一定的比例。该项成果因此获得1994年“浙江省科技进步三等奖”。
